We are not a warranty repair station, therefore, we cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer for warranty repair services

Restricted Items

Restricted Items Guidelines

Please note that we do sell restricted items.  These items include high capacity magazines, air rifles, soft air guns, ammunition, knives, swords, etc.  We will not ship these items where they are banned.  Please consult your local laws for any questions on restricted items.  These items will require an adult signature upon delivery.

NOTE: We require you to be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition. An adult signature will be required by UPS at delivery time.

Payments by Credit Card.  

In order to reduce credit card fraud, we reserve the right to require identification of card holder.  In some cases we may require a fax copy of your credit card and Driver's license. We reserve the right to decline any credit card that doesn't meet our internal policies.  The buyer agrees not to process any charge backs for any charge that the buyer had authorized. A credit card service fee may be charged for transactons.  By submitting an order the customer agrees to pay the full order total amount.

Liability Limit

We are not responsible for the use or misuse of any of our products. Our maximum liability will not be greater than the actual amount paid for the item, plus the normal shipping and handling fees.

Order Modifications

If an effort to delivery merchandise as quickly as possible, order processing times are generally rapid.  Once the order has been processed and submitted to the warehouse, the order will no long be available to modify or cancel.  This leaves a fairly narrow gap, in which the order will be able to be modified for canceled.  Order cancelations received after the order has processed be subject to the return policy.  

Sales/Returns Policy

Please use the Contact Us page to send us an email indicating your request for a return.  Once we receive your request for a return, we reply to your email with a Return Authorization Number, and ensure that you are familiar with the terms associated with our return process.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.  Return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the purchase date and return shipments must be received within 30 calendar days of purchase date. Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging (all seals, stickers, etc. in place). The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. COD's will not be accepted for returns.  If the order was shipped with free shipping, our shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.  There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.  Shipping costs are not refunded. You will also need to enclose the original packing slip with the return.  Also, please note that you must receive approval and a authorization code prior to shipping your item(s).  There are no returns or exchanges on ammunition, powder or primers.
