The SSR Scar Rail Extension many useful features integrated into its design. The designers have left the top section of Picatinny rail. This makes for an ideal platform to mount night vision equipment or other Picatinny accessories. For easy sling integration, the SSR SRX has an integrated QD sling cup.
The MI Scar Rail Extension was made to be as durable and dependable as the FN SCAR itself. To give the rail system a black color and to also increase wear and corrosion resistance, the aluminum is finished in a hard coat anodizing. The design of the SSR makes for an extremely rigid platform.
