The Pearce Grip extension works by replacing the magazine floor plate of your stock Glock 43 magazine. The Glock 43 grip extension then simply slides into place, in place of the stock base plate.
The grip extension will provide you with an additional ¾” of gripping surface. This extra gripping surface can allow some users to get a full grip on the pistol and giving their pinky finger a place to grip. This can enhance control of the pistol and make shooting more comfortable.
The Pearce Grip extension is slightly longer than the factory supplied grip extension. This grip extension has a texturing pattern that is near identical to the patterning on the Glock 43 to give it a stock look.
The Pearce Glock 43 grip extension has an ergonomic curve to provide you with a better grip.
