The Storm Lake Conversion Barrel has is cut broach rifling. This differs from the polygonal rifling that is standard in OEM Glock barrels. One of the advantages to the Storm Lake broach cut rifling is that it allows you to shoot jacketed, plated, coated and cast lead bullets. Glock advises against shooting cast lead bullets in their OEM stock barrels.
