What Products Can Be Returned?

Returned products must be in the same condition you received them (unused with all stickers, seals, packaging, etc. intact).  Products must not have any installation marks of any kind.  RMA #’s must be requested within 30 days of the date of delivery.  Ammunition is not eligible to be returned.

How do I get an RMA #?

An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) can be requested by sending an email to, or by using the Contact Us Form.  In your communication, please include the follow information.

1. Customer Name
2. Order Number
3. Reason for return (you are not obligated to give a reason, although we like to ask)
4. Item(s) to be returned along with quantities.

What do I do after I get an RMA #?

Properly package your item to be return in a suitable shipping container.  Mark the RMA # in a very visible place on the outside of the shipping contain.  Please not that order that do not have RMA #’s will not be processed. Include a copy of your invoice with your return with the RMA # written on the invoice.  Send the package to the following address…

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your order has been received, a refund will be issued to your account within 1-3 business days.  Please note that certain banks may take an additional 1-5 business days to post the refund to your account after we have issued the refund.

How do I do an exchange?

Technically, we do not offer exchanges.  However, you are welcome to return a product (follow the procedure above) and then submit a new order for the product you are interested in.
