Flat Rate Shipping – $8.99 Per Order Regardless of Size, Weight or Location

Here at we understand the importance of processing orders quickly.  We process your orders as quickly as possible and generally ship out orders the same business day if the order is received before 6PM Eastern time. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.  An email containing the tracking number for your shipment will be sent to your supplied email address.  Please note that this email may be filtered as spam by your email service and may end up in your spam/junk folder.  Please ensure that is added to your safe list to ensure that you receive all communications regarding your order.

How long will it take for my shipment to be delivered?

Below, you will find a map with the estimated time in transit for packages shipped from our warehouse.  The time in transit represents business days (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays) the shipment will be in transit after it has been accepted by UPS.  Also, please keep in mind that this is an estimate and ground service delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS.

Who do you use as your shipping courier?

UPS (United Parcel Service) is our sole shipping provider.

Why don't you ship to military addresses (APO/DPO/FPO)?

Shipping to military addresses overseas is considered exportation.  Hence, this exportation would be subject to ITAR regulations.  The overwhelming majority of the products offered by are subject to ITAR regulations, hence we are not able to export those products.  For more information concerning this issue, please review the following references…

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Since we only use UPS as or shipping providers, we are not able to offer service to PO Boxes.  All shipping addresses must be physical locations, not PO Boxes.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We insure all shipments for their full value.  If you package has been lost or stolen, please contact us, as well as UPS and we will attempt to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.  What generally occurs is that UPS will conduct what they call a “trace” on the package and attempt to locate it.  This process generally takes 1-2 weeks.  If the trace does not produce any results, UPS will issue reimbursement for the lost/stolen package.  Once reimbursement is received from UPS we will either ship a new order or issue a refund to your account, depending on your preference.
